Essential Job Functions:

·         Good mechanical skills.

Flat Sheet Laser & Shear Operator

Job Objective:

Essential Job Functions:

·         Proficient at Reading and Interpreting aircraft blueprints and specifications.

·         Setting up and Operating CNC Laser machine.

·         Insures setup card and programs reflect the correct information, meet quality requirements, and can be interpreted by all users.

·         Maintain setup cards and tooling as required.

·         Adjust laser machine set up and or edit programs as necessary.

·         Checks and buys off own work.

·         Perform machine maintenance as required.

·         Ability to drive a forklift.

·         Good communication skills.

Job Objective:

Responsible for supporting the Globe build process by reviewing customer contracts and scheduling the planning processes.

Essential Job Functions:

·         Reviews customer purchase order and job requirements.

·         Reads and interprets customer drawings, customer/industry standards and specifications.

·         Creates new shop planning and updates existing shop planning.

·         Flow down customer terms and conditions and quality requirements.

·         Determines schedule based on purchase order, customer MRP and MIN/MAX requirements.

·         Determines approved processors.

·         Creates shop planning splits.

·         Performs supplier, technical, and schedule risk analysis.

Work Environment:

Quality Contract Review Specialist

Job Objective:

Responsible for contractual review, acceptance of customer purchase orders and ensures all aspects of the contract are correct, including review of manufacturing planning prior to production.

Essential Job Functions:

·         Manage Customer Contracts to determine requirements, review Contracts for accuracy and completeness against RFQ, and resolve any issues with Customers.

·         Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate areas regarding contract status.

·         Ensure that Globe is compliant with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, Customer specifications and Internal Procedures.

·         Reviews Planning for accuracy and completeness to Customer requirements.

·         Maintenance of approved supplier list and flow down list of Customer’s procurement and quality clauses.

·         Possess the ability to identify and analyze potential risks associated with contracts and key processes.

·         Customer focused who works well in an individual and/or team environment.

Work Environment:

·         Usual working days/hours: Monday thru Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm; Friday 6:00am – 3:30pm.  Working hours are subject to change based upon company needs, may require working additional overtime on Saturdays.

·         Primarily in an office environment and will routinely use office equipment, computer, phones, photocopier and fax machines.  This position is sedentary but does require walking in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

·         Proficient with Microsoft products (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Access).

·         Firm understanding Quality Management System requirements of AS9100.

·         Familiar with Customer Supplier Quality Requirements.

·         Familiar with Special Processes (Heat Treat, Weld, Penetrant, Chem. Clean, etc.)

·         Ability to perform Contract Review and Planning Review.

·         Be involved in Risk Assessments and Migration activities.

·         Understanding of aircraft specifications, engineering, and processes.

·         Aviation contracts experience preferred.

·         Good verbal and written communication skills that will allow for positive interface with a variety of departments.

·         Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.

·         Ability to prioritize and manage multi-tasks simultaneously.
